The estimation is a process of definition of cost, the detailed analysis which includes the information on the object of an estimation, on the market, both as a whole, and in a cut of the certain segment, performance of calculations of many quantitative simultaneous account many quantitative and qualitative factors of sociopolitical, economic both technical character, and registration of results in the form of the written report. In group of objects of intellectual property, subjects of an estimation, enter:
patents for inventions or useful models;

The PURPOSES And NECESSITY of the ESTIMATION
the Estimation of objects of intellectual property allows to define cost of end-products of intellectual work in a money's worth.
Necessity for an estimation of intellectual property usually arises at fulfilment of transactions of sale and purchase of patents, trade marks, etc., or at the conclusion of the license agreement on the right of use of objects of intellectual property and as at definition of the size of indemnification of the damage, caused to the legal owner illegal use of its patents, trade marks, etc. But in a modern practice are present also other reasons in connection with which official procedure of an estimation of patents is necessary, trade marks (trade marks), copyright certificates and other objects. Thus, the estimation of the rights to objects of intellectual property enables you:
To define real value and a market project cost, for example, with a view of sale (full transfer of the right) trade mark or patent;
To define the price of sale of the license for object of intellectual property;
To define cost of a payment in уставный fund of the enterprise in the event that you wish to increase уставный fund by entering into it costs of the trade mark и/or the patent (the given procedure is possible and at creation of the new enterprise);
Reception of the credit on the security of exclusive rights to objects of intellectual property (it is known, that in territory of Ukraine already there is a real practice of such credits);
To define the sums of payments of awards or a royalty (awards authors of patents for inventions and-or industrial samples can receive on a regular basis - very often it is founders of the enterprise, awards are assessed only with the income from physical persons (13 %) and are total charges of the enterprise;

The DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR the ESTIMATION of OBJECT of INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
The documents confirming the property right (copies) to object of intellectual
property (the patent for the invention, the certificate for the trade mark, etc.);
Data on the payments confirming registration (patenting) and maintenance
in force of object of intellectual property;
the expenses connected with procedure of patenting;
Balance project cost (the trade mark, the invention, the industrial sample);
date of statement on balance and change of balance cost on years;
The information about the gross revenue, profit and profitability of the enterprise for the period of use of a trade mark, the invention, the industrial sample, etc.;
The information, in what countries, except for Ukraine it is registered the object (is patented).

Cost of works (services) according to: from 1500 $. The USA Terms of performance of works: 10 - 30 working days (the given terms can be increased or reduced depending on volume of the information, quantity of objects and desire of the customer).
The basic documents adjusting estimated activity, are: The law of Ukraine " About an estimation of property and professional estimated activity in Ukraine "; The national standard " the General bases of an estimation of property and property rights", and as known in Ukraine and abroad approach, methods and standards of an estimation of objects of intellectual property.
CARRYING OUT OF THE ESTIMATION IS MADE OUT BY THE CORRESPONDING REPORT AND AFFIRMS THE CERTIFICATED APPRAISER.
