For the registration, the goods, which

patented industrial design, the patented invention or useful model,
the registered object of copyright) in the list,
which is conducted by state customs service, also, for the realization
of customs control of the displacement of data of the goods through
the customs terminals of the Ukraine, the following information is
necessary from you:
1. The general information about the
owner of rights in the objects of intellectual property and goods,
which contain the object of the intellectual property:
the complete properties of legal person (if the object of
intellectual property it is registered to legal person);
the complete properties of the physical person- owner (if
the object of intellectual property it is registered to physical
face).
2. The information about the persons
(juridical or physical), authorized to be of interest of owner in the
case of the detention of the customs formulation of goods, which
contain the objects of the intellectual property:
